Unit 6 –  Develop Coaching Skills - The art of Listening: how to listen as a Coach. 4 levels of listening. Practice Coaching Session 2

Unit 7 – Develop Coaching Skills - Ask powerful Questions: how to ask powerful questions, 4 types of coaching questions. Practice Coaching Session 3

Unit 8 –  Develop Coaching Skills - Giving Supportive Feedback. Rules of giving feedback Practice Coaching Session 4 using "Feedback Model"

Unit 9 – Coachable Moments: catch the moments when client are open for coaching

Unit 10 – Introduce SCCCTM Coaching Model. Practice Coaching Session 5

Unit 11 – Barriers to Coaching

ASSIGNMENT: 

Participants have to coach either employees, co-worker, clients, or peer coaching to accumulate 12 hours of coaching practice.

Identify Target Employees / Staffs Profile you want to coach - if you apply coaching practice in organization. Or Identify Ideal Client Profile if you want to develop your personal coaching practice.

MODULE II: ADVANCED COACHING SKILLS. POLISHING YOUR SKILLS & MAGNIFYING YOUR CONFIDENCE

Learn from group on shared coaching experiences

Improve coaching skill through live demonstrations

Observe 8 x coaching conversation and enhance listening/feedback skill

8hrs Mentor Coaching, perform Coaching Conversation under Master Coach observation

Gain confidence, improve coaching skill from “real coaching” conversation in classroom

V. CERTIFICATION, ACCREDITATION

The program is certified and approved by ICF for 60hrs. You can apply for ICF Credential ACC once you get 100 coaching hours.
